I love a good sauce. Alfredo sauce combines some of my absolute favorite things: butter, heavy cream, and cheese. It's one of the most decadent sauces you can eat, so I try not to indulge too often.... but when I do, it's magical. So, it's kind of funny that making Alfredo sauce is so simple and hardly takes any time at all. Alfredo Sauce (makes about 1 pint) 4 tbsp butter 1 tbsp flour 1 cup milk 1/2 heavy cream 3/4 cups Parmesan cheese 1. Melt the butter over medium heat and stir in the four. 2. Pour in the milk and heavy cream and continue to stir until well incorporated. 3. Add The Parmesan cheese and cook until the cheese is completely melted. 4. Use in your favorite dish!
